We make real
what doesn't exist yet.

Studio Nexnet designs and builds platforms, applications and engines — products that did not exist before we built them. Each one runs on Nexnet Connect, our orchestration layer: it picks the AI model to fit the need instead of forcing one on you.

We design works,
supercharged.

Three things that did not exist before we built them — our own and clients', presented without names. Each one stands up because of an engine nobody was selling.

Business development

B2B prospecting platform

The problem

Spotting business opportunities and public tenders meant a daily manual watch, in two languages.

What was built

A bilingual monitoring engine with connectors into public tender systems, surfacing relevant opportunities instead of making people hunt for them.

Finance and data

Mining equity analysis

The problem

Comparing dozens of companies on consistent ratios took hours of spreadsheet work, redone at every update.

What was built

A quantitative relative-valuation tool for TSX and TSXV listings that rebuilds the comparison on demand.

Data and probability models

Baseball analytics platform

The problem

The official statistics are public, but they describe the past. Nothing turned them into comparable probabilities, action by action, ahead of the evening's games.

What was built

A bilingual platform that recomputes close to 26,000 indicators nightly — sixteen in-game actions, more than 1,500 players — and shows the sample and the limits behind every number.

No financial outcomes are claimed here: what is described is what was built.

What runs underneath
every one of these.

None of these platforms sits on an AI model someone simply plugged in. Between a model and a product that holds up, everything is missing: picking the right one for the task, having another one read the result back, writing the algorithms the domain needs. Nexnet Connect does that work. It is our layer, and it is what we wire underneath your products.

Multi-model orchestration

One model to reason, another to extract, a third to check the first two. The layer picks by task instead of locking you into a single vendor — and the day a better model ships, we swap the part, not the product.

Our own algorithms

When the problem calls for mathematics rather than language, we write the engine: probabilistic models, convolutions, scoring, rankings, context adjustments. These are our algorithms, not an API resold to you with a margin.

It learns on its own

Nexnet Connect does not sit at the same level from one month to the next. Every pass makes it better, and it revisits its own choices without us correcting them one by one. How it does that is the part we don't publish: it is what makes the difference, and it is why the layer stays ours.

Sharpened on our own products

The layer runs every day on Nexnet's own platforms before it is ever wired into a client's. Whatever breaks, we find it at our place — and that is why a product ships in weeks rather than quarters.

What's next

We don't stop at what it can do today.

Nexnet Connect is what moves us, product after product, toward an intelligence that takes on a whole job rather than a piece of one. We push it on every engagement, and it pushes itself. What we ship you is what it already does well — and that is already more than a single model would give you.

An idea is worth nothing
until someone can try it.

While the product does not exist, everyone has an opinion and nobody has an answer. The real risk is not spending too much — it is spending a year building the wrong thing because it took a year to have anything to show.

  • →You have a precise idea and no way to find out whether anyone actually wants it
  • →The product you picture needs an engine nobody sells
  • →You have a date — a round, a board meeting, a trade show — and nothing to show
  • →Hiring a technical team commits salaries six months before the market says anything

A product you own

Unlike a SaaS subscription, what we deliver is your property. You control it, you evolve it, you host it wherever you want.

Built for your exact processes

Every feature answers a real need in your organisation. No compromises, no leftover functionality inherited from another client.

Delivered in 90 days, milestone by milestone

Four stages and real dates. Two of them end with your approval: the design, then the demonstration of the product.

Two ways in,
depending on what you have to prove

Validating an idea and building something that lasts are not the same commitment. We do not sell the second to someone who needs the first.

What we get asked to make real

An innovation team inside a large organisation? Same work, different contractual frame. That gets discussed directly, not through a form. Email us

  • A product you can put in front of real users
  • Nexnet Connect wired underneath from day one
  • Your product's code belongs to you
  • Support, maintenance and updates handled

You see the product
before it is final.

We design the foundation from the needs you set out, and you approve it before development starts. Then we demonstrate a working product: that is when the last adjustments get asked for, while they still take days rather than a new project.

Nexnet Connect, our orchestration layer
Our products do not sit on a single model. They run through Nexnet Connect, a layer we built, which picks the model to fit the need — one to reason, another to extract, a third to check the first two. We sharpen it on our own platforms before it ever runs on yours.
We build our own products too
Nexnet develops its own AI platforms. The method we apply at your place is the one we hold ourselves to, under the same deadline and budget constraints.
Your product is yours, we keep it alive
Your product's code, its documentation and your accesses belong to you. Nexnet Connect, the layer that runs it, stays ours and is licensed to you — it is our working tool, not a part for sale. From there, a monthly or annual plan covers support, maintenance and, above all, updates.
A written scope and dated milestones
What is in the project and what is not is written down before we start. Every milestone has a date and a deliverable you can verify.

From idea to product,
four stages and real dates

Four stages and dated milestones, for a full product. A prototype follows the same path, compressed. You decide twice: on the design before we build, then on the product we demonstrate to you.

1
Week 1

Discovery and analysis

A 60 to 90 minute session to map your processes, spot the real opportunities and settle the priority features.

2
Weeks 2-3

Design and architecture

Mockups, technical architecture and development plan. You approve every decision before any code is written.

3
Weeks 4-10

Development and testing

The product is coded and tested. The stage ends with a demonstration of a working product, in front of you.

4
Weeks 11-13

Launch and support

Deployment to production, training for your teams and post-launch support. Your product's code is handed over, and the support plan takes over.

We don't sell you superintelligence.
We ship you what we can get out of it today.

What we built is Nexnet Connect: the layer that orchestrates the existing models — not the models. And if something off the shelf already solves your problem, we name it before you have signed anything.

What you're wondering
before you write to us

Honest objections deserve honest answers. These are the ones we hear most.

What does it cost?

A prototype is sold at a fixed price: the amount is stated before we start and does not move. A full product is quoted after a scope written together. Either way you leave the meeting with a written quote, before committing to anything.

What if the product doesn't do what we hoped?

That's why the scope is written down before we start, and why you approve the design before anything gets developed. The product is then demonstrated to you in working order before it goes live: that is when the last adjustments get asked for, while they still cost days.

We have an idea, not a spec. Is that enough?

That is the normal starting point, and it is exactly what the meeting is for. Writing down what has to be built is part of the work, not a prerequisite. What matters is that you know which question you are trying to answer.

Who looks after the product after delivery?

We do. A monthly or annual plan covers support, maintenance and updates — including Nexnet Connect's own, which moves every time a better model ships. That is what replaces the technical team you do not have to hire, and it is why a product delivered a year ago still works today.

There are two of us. Are we too small?

No. What matters is that someone on your side can decide quickly and answer questions without going through a committee. Two decided founders move faster than a hundred-person organisation where nobody holds the mandate.

Why not just buy existing software?

Often that is the right answer — and we'll say so. Custom is justified when the way you work is your advantage, and a standard tool would force you to give it up. If something off the shelf does the job, you don't need us.

Who owns what you build?

Your product is yours: its code, its documentation, your data, your accesses. None of it gets reused elsewhere and we take no equity. Nexnet Connect, the orchestration layer that runs it, stays our property and is licensed to you for the life of the product — it is the tool we work with, and it serves every one of our clients.

What costs money is building a long time without an answer

  • A year spent building the wrong thing cannot be recovered; a few weeks spent finding out can
  • An idea kept safe until it is perfect has still never been put in front of anyone
  • Hiring a technical team commits salaries before the market has said anything at all
  • One conversation is usually enough to know whether there is a product worth building — or whether there isn't
